What does an engagement cost?

The first system is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, so you have the number before development begins. Cost depends on the number of systems involved and the complexity of the rules — we give an indicative range on the first call and a firm figure once scope is agreed.

How long until it is live?

Four to six weeks for the first system in most cases: roughly a week to define the workflow, two to three weeks to build against your live tools, and one to two weeks running with real users before it is handed over.

Where does it run, and how is our data handled?

In your accounts and on your infrastructure. Data stays within your environment, access is permissioned, activity is auditable, and nothing is used to train external models. Everything we build is exportable on request.

Admissions checks lived in spreadsheets and inboxes. The delivered system brought document status, agent assignment and payment receipts into the existing admissions tools.
